Lai Mohammed Reacts To Quit Notice Issued To Igbos By Northerners assured igbos of maximum security

Nigeria’s Information Minister, Alhaji Lai Mohammed has assured Igbos that nobody can kick them out of the northern part of the country.

His comments follow a recent threat by a coalition of northern groups giving the Igbos 3 months to leave the region.

“It is not the first time that different groups will issue such threats,” he said in reaction to the threat.

“It is not new, but what I want to assure you is that the security agencies are on top of the situation,” .
